제1조 목적
이 개인정보 처리방침은 '오늘의 운세'(이하 "앱")를 만들고 운영하는 개발자(이하 "운영자")가 이용자의 개인정보를 어떤 항목으로, 어떤 목적으로, 얼마 동안 처리하는지 설명합니다. 앱은 별도의 회원가입 절차 없이 이용할 수 있으며, 이용자가 입력한 생년월일 정보는 원칙적으로 이용자의 기기에만 저장됩니다.
제2조 수집하는 개인정보의 항목 및 방법
1) 이용자가 직접 입력하는 정보
생년월일 프로필(성별, 양력·음력 구분, 생년월일, 태어난 시(선택), 별명(선택))을 앱 내 "생년월일 추가/수정" 화면에서 직접 입력합니다. 이 정보는 이용자 기기 내부 저장소에만 저장되며, 운영자의 서버에는 저장되지 않습니다. 운세 결과를 만들 때마다 필요한 최소 정보가 결과를 계산하는 콘텐츠 제공처(포털 검색 API 등)로 그때그때 전달되며, 응답을 만드는 데에만 쓰이고 별도로 저장되지 않습니다.
2) 자동으로 수집되는 정보
광고 식별자(광고 ID/IDFA), 기기 모델·OS·앱 버전, 화면 방문 기록, 오류·충돌 로그, IP 기반의 대략적인 접속 국가/지역 정보가 Google Firebase(Analytics, Crashlytics)와 Google AdMob SDK를 통해 앱 이용 중 자동으로 수집됩니다. 서비스 품질 개선, 오류 확인, 광고 게재 및 성과 측정에 사용됩니다.
3) 알림을 위한 정보
설정에서 "매일 알림"을 켠 경우에만 Firebase Cloud Messaging에 푸시 토큰이 등록됩니다. 이 토큰은 특정 개인을 식별하지 않는 익명 값입니다.
4) 이용자가 임의로 제공하는 정보
"문의하기" 메뉴로 메일 앱을 통해 직접 보낼 때에 한해 이메일 주소와 문의 내용이 운영자의 이메일함에 도착합니다.

제3조 개인정보의 처리 목적
- 생년월일 기반 운세 콘텐츠(오늘의 운세, 띠별·별자리 운세, 타로, 신년운세 등) 제공
- 무료 서비스 운영을 위한 광고 게재 및 성과 측정
- 서비스 이용 통계 분석, 오류 확인 및 개선
- 이용자가 신청한 경우에 한해 알림 발송
- 문의 및 요청 사항 응대
제4조 처리 및 보유 기간
- 생년월일 프로필 — 이용자가 앱에서 삭제하거나 앱을 삭제(재설치 포함)할 때까지 기기에만 보관되며, 운영자는 이를 별도로 수집·보관하지 않습니다.
- 운세 조회를 위해 전달되는 정보 — 결과 생성 직후 파기되며 별도로 저장되지 않습니다.
- 광고 식별자 및 이용 통계 — Google의 자체 보유 정책에 따르며, 기기 설정에서 언제든 재설정하거나 제한할 수 있습니다.
- 푸시 토큰 — 알림을 끄면 즉시 구독 해제되고, 장기 미접속 시 자동 만료됩니다.
- 문의 메일 — 응대 후 별도로 데이터베이스화하여 보관하지 않습니다.
제5조 제3자 제공
운영자는 이용자의 개인정보를 원칙적으로 외부에 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 서비스 특성상 아래와 같이 정보가 외부 서비스로 전달될 수 있으며, 각 서비스는 자체 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
- Google(Firebase, AdMob) — 광고 식별자, 기기정보, 이용통계, 오류 로그. 광고 게재·통계·안정적 서비스 운영 목적.
- 쿠팡 파트너스(Coupang Partners) — 앱 내 "쿠팡 핫딜" 영역을 탭하면 쿠팡 앱/웹으로 이동합니다. 이 활동을 통해 운영자가 일정액의 수수료를 제공받을 수 있으며, 이동 이후에는 쿠팡의 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다.
- 운세 콘텐츠 생성을 위한 외부 검색·콘텐츠 API — 결과 생성에 필요한 최소 정보(생년월일 등)만 그때그때 전달되며, 별도의 회원 연동이나 식별 정보 제공은 없습니다.
제6조 처리 위탁
운영자는 안정적인 서비스 제공을 위해 아래 업무를 외부에 위탁하고 있습니다.

제7조 이용자의 권리
- 앱 내 "내 정보" 화면에서 등록한 생년월일 프로필을 언제든 열람·수정·삭제할 수 있습니다.
- 알림 수신 여부는 설정 화면의 스위치로 언제든 켜고 끌 수 있습니다.
- 맞춤형 광고를 원하지 않는 경우, 기기의 "광고 ID 재설정" 또는 "광고 맞춤설정 사용 안 함"(iOS는 "추적 허용 안 함")을 이용할 수 있습니다.
- 그 밖의 문의는 제12조의 연락처로 하실 수 있습니다.
제8조 안전성 확보 조치
- 생년월일 등 이용자가 입력한 정보는 운영자의 서버에 저장하지 않고 기기에만 보관해 유출 위험을 최소화합니다.
- 외부 서비스와의 통신은 원칙적으로 HTTPS 암호화 통신을 사용합니다.
- 접근 권한을 서비스 제공에 꼭 필요한 범위로 최소화하고 있습니다.
제9조 아동의 개인정보 보호
앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 주 이용 대상으로 하지 않으며, 회원가입 절차가 없어 아동으로부터 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보가 수집된 사실을 확인할 경우, 지체 없이 파기하는 등 필요한 조치를 취합니다.
제10조 쿠키 및 광고 식별자
앱은 모바일 애플리케이션 특성상 웹 브라우저의 쿠키를 사용하지 않습니다. 다만 광고 게재·성과 측정을 위해 이에 준하는 광고 식별자(안드로이드 광고 ID, iOS IDFA)가 자동으로 수집될 수 있으며, 기기 설정에서 재설정하거나 수집을 제한할 수 있습니다.
제11조 처리방침의 변경
이 방침은 법령, 정책 또는 서비스 내용 변경에 따라 개정될 수 있습니다. 내용이 변경되는 경우 시행일자를 갱신하고 앱 내 공지 또는 본 페이지를 통해 고지합니다.

Article 1 Purpose
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information the developer ("we", "the operator") of Today's Fortune (the "App") collects, why, and for how long. The App does not require sign-up, and the birth-date information you enter is stored on your device only, in principle.
Article 2 Information We Collect
1) Information you provide directly
Your birth-date profile (gender, solar/lunar calendar type, date of birth, birth hour (optional), nickname (optional)) is entered by you on the "Add/Edit birth date" screen. It is stored on your device only — we do not store it on our servers. Each time a fortune is generated, the minimum necessary fields are sent to the content provider that produces the result (e.g., a search API), used only to build that response, and not retained afterward.
2) Automatically collected information
Advertising identifier (Android Ad ID / iOS IDFA), device model, OS and app version, screen-view logs, crash logs, and an approximate country/region derived from your IP are collected automatically by Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics) and Google AdMob SDKs while you use the App. Used to improve service quality, diagnose errors, and serve/measure ads.
3) Notification-related information
A push token is registered with Firebase Cloud Messaging only if you turn on "Daily notification" in Settings. It is an anonymous token that does not identify you personally.
4) Information you volunteer
An email address and message content are created only when you use "Contact us" to send an email, and they arrive in our inbox.

Article 3 Purposes of Processing
- Providing birth-date-based fortune content (daily fortune, zodiac/horoscope, tarot, New Year fortune, etc.)
- Serving and measuring ads to keep the App free
- Analyzing usage statistics and fixing errors
- Sending notifications you've opted into
- Responding to inquiries
Article 4 Retention Period
- Birth-date profile — kept on your device only until you delete it in the App or delete/reinstall the App; we do not separately collect or store it.
- Information sent to generate a result — discarded immediately after the result is produced; not stored separately.
- Advertising identifier & usage statistics — follow Google's own retention policy; resettable or limitable anytime in device settings.
- Push token — unsubscribed immediately when notifications are turned off, and expires automatically after long inactivity.
- Contact emails — not stored in a separate database after we've responded.
Article 5 Third-Party Sharing
We do not share your personal information with third parties as a rule. However, due to how the App works, information may flow to the following external services, each governed by its own privacy policy:
- Google (Firebase, AdMob) — advertising identifier, device information, usage statistics, crash logs, for ad delivery, analytics, and reliable service operation.
- Coupang Partners — tapping the "Coupang Hot Deals" area takes you to the Coupang app/website. We may earn a commission through this activity; once you leave for Coupang, Coupang's own privacy policy applies.
- External search/content APIs used to generate fortune content — only the minimum information needed (e.g., birth date) is sent per request, with no account linking or identity disclosure.
Article 6 Outsourced Processing
To operate the App reliably, we outsource the following:

Article 7 Your Rights
- View, edit, or delete your saved birth-date profiles anytime from "My Info" in the App.
- Turn notifications on or off anytime from Settings.
- If you don't want personalized ads, reset your advertising ID or turn off ad personalization (on iOS, "Ask App Not to Track") in your device settings.
- For anything else, contact us using the details in Article 12.
Article 8 Security Measures
- Information you enter, such as your birth date, is kept on your device only and never stored on our servers, minimizing exposure risk.
- Communication with external services uses HTTPS encryption as a rule.
- Access is limited to what's strictly necessary to provide the service.
Article 9 Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 14, and since there is no sign-up process, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will delete it without delay.
Article 10 Cookies & Advertising Identifiers
As a mobile app, we do not use browser cookies. However, advertising identifiers (Android Ad ID, iOS IDFA) may be automatically collected for ad delivery and measurement; you can reset or limit this in your device settings.
Article 11 Changes to This Policy
This policy may be revised to reflect changes in law, policy, or the App itself. When it changes, we will update the effective date and notify you via an in-app notice or this page.
